Butter cookies

Yay, I'm so happy to make butter cookies today! I didn't make so much because it was 10 o'clock already. The ingredients is very simple. You can make it anytime. I just used flour, brown sugar, butter, salt and several water. The ingredients is just depend on your own.

First, use the sieve to sift the flour and sugar. Add a pinch of salt. Mix it.

Then, melt the butter

the third step I didn't take the photo. So I just jot down the next step.

Mix the melted butter with the sugar and Put some water until it become dough. Dont pour too much water until it become sticky.

then shape it with hand. Remember to wash the hands. Shape whatever shape you like. 

then put the shaped dough into the oven for 170 celcius degree for 10 minutes. after 10 minutes, wipe some butter on the surface of the predone cookies. Heat it in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes.

leave it cool and it is done! You can dress it with some top or just eat like this.
