French meringue cookies recipe from eugenie kitchen.
2 eggs white
0.5 cup of granulated sugar
Preheat your oven in 100 celcius degree.
1. First, beat the egg white till soft peak.
2. Then, add a little of sugar.
3. Continue beat the egg white.
4. Repeat step 2 and 3 till it become stiff.
5. Add some colouring for optionally. Mix it.
6. Drop it on the baking pan. You can either scope or pipped it.
7. Put it into oven in 100 celcius degree for 1 hour. It is not baking, it is just dried the meringue. So, it still remains the colour.
