Lemon curd

Did you have a lot of leftover egg yolks? Why not try to make lemon curd to save your yolks! I have researched from websites and I created with my own recipes. Actually the ratio is depends on how sweet how sour you want.

Ingredients:
Egg yolks
Lemon zests
Lemon juice
Sugar
Magerine

1. Pour the lemon zests and egg yolks together into one bowl. Whisk it.
2. Add some sugar. Whisk it.
3. Mix the lemon juice with the magerine. Then, combine all together.
4. Heat it with small flame until thickens.
5. Sift it and take a plastic wrapper cover the lemon curd, not the bowl. Let it cool in the refrigerator.
6. Take out and keep it into a jar.

Done!
